If we’re able to help you, we book in your Initial consultation and you’ll be emailed a link to fill in the New Patient Intake Form beforehand.


Step 2

Initial consultation- Lifestyle and Environment Assessment (1.15 hr) | Week 1 ($269)

A comprehensive assessment includes medical history, lifestyle, environment and habits. We discuss ordering blood tests to investigate your health concerns, and create a plan for long-term sustainable resolution. Goal setting, mindset and health journey timeline will be discussed.

Step 3

Food & Nutrition Planning (1 hr) | Week 2 ($259)

Nutrition assessment includes food intake, intolerances, food triggers, eating habits, food environment and nutrition knowledge to create an individualised meal plan to meet your health goals. Meal planning considers your day-to-day schedule and household members for realistic and achievable results.

Step 4

Follow up consultation 1 (45min) | Week 4 ($249)

We monitor how your body responds to your meal plan and make any changes to help you feel your best. Your whole being is supported – with digestion, energy, sleep, stress, mental and emotional wellbeing prioritised.

Step 5

Ongoing follow up consultations (45min) | Week 6++

Follow up consultations keep you grounded and feeling safe as you navigate change, take away self-doubt, and hold you accountable with consistency towards being the best version of you.

You will have noticed positive results before this appointment. To ensure you achieve your health goals, follow up consultations are key to keep you informed in making better decisions, monitor clinical progress, and answer any questions so you can find peace with the food and body you live in!
