The Evol-U-tion program is for women who want to 

  • Make peace with food and stop food related anxiety and stress

  • Break free from years of stress and emotional eating

  • Be in oneness with their bodies, living freely and in harmony and not constantly in battle 

  • Improve long-standing physical, mental and emotional symptoms using Food as Medicine and Mind Body connection

  • Lose weight in a non-stressful way, without counting calories, starving themselves or smash their bodies at the gym

Get inspired and discover what you'll experience 

​Week 1: Understand your patterns and subconscious behaviours & Goal setting
 

  • Discuss any physical, mental or emotional symptoms you wish to improve

  • Discover unconscious deep rooted pattens that drive unhelpful behaviours where you can become aware and take meaningful action

  • Part of the consult involves you getting a blood test, or other functional testing, so we can find answers to your symptoms (eg. anxiety, depression, overthinking, can't switch off)

  • Goal setting of how you WANT to feel and outline of future sessions based on your needs will be discussed
     

Week 2: Eat to correct and support the physical body 
 

  • Based on your test results and assessment, you will receive a nutrition plan tailored to your symptoms

  • Practitioner only nutritional supplements may be recommended to correct nutritional deficiencies (by the time you come to us, you're likely chronically malnourished)
     

Week 3: Stress eating, Emotional eating, Binge eating 

  • Learn why you gravitate towards stress eat/ emotional eat/ binge eat and why it can be difficult to break the habit 

  • Remove guilt, shame, fear and anxiety around food and eating

  • Make peace with food and your body where you learn to work with not against 
     

Week 4: Stress and Emotional Wellbeing

  • Identify stress triggers and learn how to manage stress without suppressing or harming your mental health

  • Ensure your physical body can cope with stress, and not feedback to your Mind activating a stress response

  • Manage stress to allow improved mental & emotional wellbeing, balanced hormones and non-stressful weight loss
     

Week 5: ​Reset the mind (face-to-face consultation)

  • With holistic healthcare practitioner Dr George Dellas from In-Focus to tap into subconscious mind so you understand WHY you do the things that you do to finally BREAK FREE from never ending habitual cycles


Week 6: Release, Rewire, Reborn 

  • Assess and reflect on self limiting beliefs and self sabotage behaviours that continue to make you feel unmotivated and unhappy in your body

  • After your face-to-face workshop, together we practice tools and methods learnt to release stored stress and energy in the body, giving you space and freedom to change your inner dialogue 
     

Week 7: Embodiment workshop (face-to-face) (3 hours) 

  • Learn practical tools  to release stored stress and energy from the body effectively 

  • Learn how to rewire old thoughts and behaviours


Week 8: Future self caring

  • Discover the best forms of self care suited to YOUR unique health and wellness goals
